Paying attention to what matters most: life, now
Mindfulness is living in the present moment with a kind heart. Instead of losing ourselves in thinking, we live gracefully and gratefully in our embodied wholeness. We give up trying to go somewhere or get something or be someone, and we relax into the truth of perpetual, uncontrollable change.

“Your problem is how you are going to spend this one and precious life you have been issued. Whether you’re going to spend it trying to look good and creating the illusion that you have power over circumstances, or whether you are going to taste it, enjoy it and find out the truth about who you are.” –Anne Lamott
