Paying attention…

to what really matters

Living well does not mean achieving any particular state of being. Rather, it is engaging creatively and lovingly with the ever-changing flow of our lives.

Mindfulness

Living mindfully is paying direct, intense, sustained attention to your experience in the present moment: being fully and fearlessly who you are. Letting go of all things and resting in the ceaseless flow of true life. Knowing that all you need is here.

For 30 years Judith has offered training and recordings in mindfulness meditation and mindful living.

Therapy

What is most important? What really matters? Each person’s life is that person’s answer. Therapy can help us choose the answer more consciously.

Time matters. Therapy is spending time to follow inner guidance with someone helping. Judith has 30 years’ experience providing psychotherapy based in mindfulness.

Writing

For tens of thousands of years, people have paid attention to what matters by scratching signs on blank surfaces. Judith has been a writer her whole life, and new publications are forthcoming.

“I would like to live like a river flows, carried by the surprise of its own unfolding.”
